We hereby explain about the flow from our estimation to your use on the service day, for you to use our Car and Limousine Services.
We would submit you our estimation, depending on the car type/size you like, and also your demand, so please feel free to contact us anytime.
１ Filling out required items into our format
We can inform you of our estimation to your inquiry either by telephone or by e-mail, depending on your preference. Please choose one of them.
２ Answering from OUTECH
We cope for 24 hours a day, so we can answer to you quickly.
In case of your reservation by telephone
In case we receive your reservation over a telephone, we would send our reservation confirmation by our e-mail or by our fax. If by any chance, you don’t get our confirmation, sorry for your inconvenience, and please contact us. Our telephone number is +81-3-6880-1290.
In case of your reservation by e-mail
Please fill out required items into our reservation format, and send it to us. We send back our reservation confirmation to you by our e-mail

Please make your payment by TTR (Telegraphic Transfer Remittance) to our designated bank A/C at least 7 days prior to the day of your departure. Upon our receipt of your payment, your reservation to be completed. You can use your credit card for your payment.
* Parking fees, expressway tolls, forwarding fees, hotel fees of our crew(s), ferry boat fees, overtime rate, and so on, on the service day(s) if any, to be paid by you in cash.
５ Final reconfirmation
Our operation staff will contact you by phone or by e-mail on the immediately preceding day of the service day to let you know our driver’s information (name, H/P number, meeting place, and so on).
６ The Service Day
Our planner will visit the meeting place accordingly. Please spend your quality time with our services.
- In case our cars are fully booked, we may not be able to accept your reservation. We thank you for your understanding.
- No cancellation money to be charged for the cancellation on or before 12:00 on one day prior to the service day(s), however, 30% of cancellation money for the cancellation between 12:00 – 17:00, and 100%, for the cancellation on or after 17:00, on that day, to be imposed to you.
- As for our “Vehicle Driving Control” Services, a meeting, a driver’s interview (if required), and a contractual procedure to be added to the regular flow, mentioned above. Please contact us for details.
