GLOBAL OPERATION SERVICE
Our English/Japanese bilingual Global Operation Service representatives are available to you 24 hours, 365 days a year. Representatives provide preliminary estimates to individuals and global transportation affiliates, while also managing reservations, confirmations and follow-ups with clients.
OUTDOOR PLANNER®
Outech’s Outdoor Planners are our team of highly skilled bilingual (Japanese/English) chauffeurs, ready to transport you to your destination comfortably, safely, and on time. What makes our Outdoor Planners truly unique however, is the level of personalized service they can offer our clients. Outdoor Planners can serve as a tour guide, a language teacher for useful conversational phrases, a concierge for restaurant and shopping recommendations, or a party planner for your special celebration. Outdoor Planners can even act as reliable support staff for any of your business needs. No matter the request, our Outdoor Planners are expertly trained to deliver highly personalized service to each and every client.
SALES TEAM
Our Sales Team oversees Outech’s business client services, providing personalized and attentive care to our valued corporate clientele. Sales Team representatives also provide customer service to travel agencies and other transportation affiliates, preparing all after-care services including post-trip client summaries.
SAFETY TEAM
Our Safety Team is responsible not only for routine maintenance and upkeep of Outech’s extensive fleet of vehicles, but also for our meticulous driver training and driver health management programs.
