Narita Airport Transfer

Terms and Conditions

Fare Details:

• All quoted fares are inclusive of tolls, airport parking fees, and taxes.
• An additional 20% surcharge will be applied for services between 10:30 PM and 6:29 AM.

Greeter Service:

Our professional Airport Greeter Service is an optional add-on available upon request to ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival for your clients.
The standard service fee is ¥12,000 per flight for groups of up to 9 passengers.

Mandatory Surcharges (When Applicable)

An additional fee will be applied, and the Greeter Service may be required, in the following specific circumstances:

• The service involves coordinating arrivals from two separate flights.
• The service requires pick-ups at separate terminals within the same airport.
• The service involves any operation to or from Narita Airport Terminal 3 (NRT T3).
  Note on NRT T3: Due to the extended distance from the main parking areas, a Greeter is always required for services involving Narita Terminal 3, and the additional fee will apply.

• Railway Greeter: ¥12,000 for up to 9 passengers.

In-Car Services:

The following services are available upon request and are subject to vehicle availability.

• Mobile Charger
• English-Language Newspaper
• Coffee/Soft Drinks
• Sightseeing Commentary (Driver will point out notable sights)
• Anniversary Service (Please provide details in advance)

Peak Season Surcharge:

Due to seasonal crowding, a surcharge of ¥12,000 will be added for services during peak travel periods, including:

• All Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 to 20:00 in 2025
• National holidays
• Obon holiday period (August)
• New Year's holiday period

Service Details:

• The chauffeur will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a name board.
• Quoted rates are for direct, point-to-point airport transfers only. Additional stops or changes to the route will incur an extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

The following fees will apply to the cancellation.

• Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 50% of Total Price
• Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 100% of Total Price

Important Notes

• Gate Changes: Sudden changes to gate information may occur without notice. Our Outdoor Planners will monitor the live arrival gate information and will greet your clients in the area closest to the assigned gate.
• Early Arrivals: For customers whose flights arrive significantly early—a common occurrence, particularly on early morning flights to Narita airports—please wait patiently in the arrivals lobby until the scheduled pickup time.
