How to Book
1. Request a Quote: Once your travel dates are set, please contact us for a price estimate.
2. Confirmation: We will check availability and provide you with a quote. Once you approve the quote, your booking will be officially confirmed, and we will email you a booking confirmation.
3. On Your Arrival Day: Our chauffeur will meet you at the Narita Airport arrival lobby holding a sign with your name. They will then transport you safely to your specified destination.

Cancellation fees are applied as follows:
・ 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare.
・ 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the fare.

After you clear customs and exit into the Arrival Lobby, your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.
Q5Will the driver meet me with a name board?
Yes. To ensure you can easily find us, our driver will be waiting in the arrival area holding a sign with your name.
Q6What happens if my flight is delayed?
We actively monitor your flight’s arrival time. Please rest assured that even if your flight is delayed, our driver will be there to meet you whenever you arrive.
Q7Can I choose the type of vehicle?
Yes, you can select your preferred vehicle during the booking process. Please note that availability is subject to change, and we may not be able to fulfill specific vehicle requests if all are currently booked.
Q8Are child seats available?
Yes, we provide booster seats and child seats free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you require one.
Q9Are there limits on the number of passengers or luggage?
Capacity varies depending on the vehicle type. Please check the specific details for your chosen vehicle when booking to ensure it meets your requirements.
