Airport Meet and Greet Service
Outech staff will warmly welcome your guests to Japan with a personalized signboard in the arrivals lobby of Narita airport. We continuously monitor all flight ETAs, updating your reservation information with any changes to arrival times.
*Upon request, notification of your guest’s arrival and successful pickup can also be arranged.

Terms and Conditions
- Tolls, Airport parking fees and Tax are included<10%>
- Early morning /late night surcharge will be added for the service between 22:30-6:29 which is 20%
- Airport Greeter: up to 9 pax/flight (Upon your request/ 2 FLTs/ different Terminals/ NRT Terminal 3) 12,000yen
- Railway Greeter: up to 9 pax 12,000yen
Note: Arrivals at NRT Terminal 3 require an airport greeter. No vehicle is allowed without authority. - Due to increased crowding at airports during peak travel times, an additional fee of ¥12,000 will be applied every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 20:00 in 2025, as well as on national holidays, during the Obon period in August, and over the New Year’s holiday.
- Chauffeur will wait for the passenger at arrival hall with name board sign.
- This rate is for point to point airport direct transfer only. We surcharge for any additional stops or extending the trip.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
The following fees will apply to the cancellation.
- Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 50% of Total Price
- Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 100% of Total Price

Please note:
* Sudden changes to gate information may occur without notice. Outech’s Outdoor Planners will monitor arrival gate information and greet your clients in the area closest to the assigned gate.
* For customers whose flights arrive significantly early, common particularly on early morning flights to Narita/Haneda airports, please wait patiently in the arrivals lobby until the scheduled pickup time.
