This section explains the typical process of booking our services for your trip. We regularly receive special requests from our clients, so please contact us with any specific inquiries. We can provide a customized estimate based on your particular needs, free of charge.
1 Requesting a Quote
To receive a preliminary estimate, please fill out the quote form. On the form, you will have the option of receiving your quote over email or telephone.
2 Response Time
Upon receipt of your quote request, Outech representatives will respond within 24 hours.
3 Securing your Reservation
All reservations and requests received by Outech via telephone will be confirmed by email or fax. If you do not receive a confirmation email/fax from us within 24 hours of your phone reservation, please contact us immediately: Telephone: +81-3-6880-1290 Fax: +81-3-6880-1291. For email reservations/requests please email us your completed form, and we will respond promptly via email. If you do not receive an immediate reply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outech offers the following payment options for your reservation:
Wire Transfer – Wire transfers must be completed in advance of any trip. Customers are responsible for any transaction fees charged by financial institutions handling payment. Because payment must be made in advance, your initial invoice will only capture the basic fees of your trip. Any additional incidentals incurred during your trip (e.g. parking, highway tolls) must be fully reimbursed in cash to your chauffer on the day of your trip.
Cash Payment – The full amount of your invoice must be paid to the chauffer on the day of your trip. In cases of cash payment, Outech requires credit card information on file in order to secure your reservation. (Please note: Cash payment is not available if booked through an affiliated company)
Credit Card – After your reservation has been confirmed, Outech will email you a secure link for processing of credit card payment. Please note that for your security, this link will expire after a certain number of days. If no payment has been made before the expiration of the secure link, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. Any additional charges incurred during your trip (e.g. parking, highway tolls) will be charged to the credit card on file after the completion of your trip.
One day before your planned trip, Outech’s Global Operation Service staff will confirm your reservation details via telephone or email.
6 Your Trip
On the day of your planned trip, an assigned Outech employee will welcome and greet you at your prearranged location. Please have a pleasant trip!
Outech reserves the right to fulfill your reservation through an affiliated company if there is an unexpected spike in customer volume.
The following cancellation fees apply to all types of reservation.
·48 hours prior to local pick up time: 50% of a total quoted price
·24 hours prior to local pick up time: 100% of a total quoted price
If the start of a trip is delayed due to any extenuating circumstances and/or customer oversight, Outech reserves the right to charge additional fees for any extra travel time required to complete the delayed trip. Outech may not be able to provide customers specific information about additional fees until a day after the completion of the delayed trip.
A 20% surcharge will be added to any services during early morning / late night hours: 22:30PM – 6:29AM.
Clients will be charged the full quoted and agreed-upon price even if a planned trip is completed earlier than scheduled.
Our vehicles are exclusively non-smoking.
